Prospera Care and Consulting Ltd provides (Supported Living Services) to service users with Learning Disabilities and Autism aged 18-65. Our facilities and services are designed to promote independence and help our service users with Learning Disabilities and Autism live fulfilling lives.

We provide a range of assistance and support to service users with tasks such as personal care, support and supervision when taking medication, meal assistance and provision, and access to activities.

We provide a person-centred service that enables planned outcomes for service users with Learning Disabilities and Autism within a safe and friendly environment. This is achieved through the efforts of valued, competent staff and the support of families, other stakeholders, and partnerships.
